  • What is Permanent Makeup (PMU) ?
    Permanent Makeup is a cosmetic tattoo. It resembles makeup and is most frequently applied to the areas of the face, such as brows, lips and eyeliner.
  • What is Medical Tattoo ?
    Paramedical or Medical Tattoo are non-surgical solutions for post-surgery and trauma survivors. Scar Camouflage and Areola/Nipple Micropigmentation can help people feel whole again. Scar camouflage reduces the appearance of scars. A finishing touch to breast reconstruction often includes having the areola and nipple tattooed.
  • Is Cosmetic Tattoo permanent ?
    Cosmetic Tattoo is considered a permanent procedure. While it does fade over time, no technician can accurately predict how quickly or how it will actually fade. Many factors have an effect on the fading process, and each of them vary from client to client. Each person's unique body chemistry, medical history, and lifestyle are all contributing factors to the fading process.
  • Is the procedure uncomfortable ?
    Pain tolerance varies from person to person. Any discomfort associate with cosmetic tattoo is reduce by use of a esthetics. If you don't respond to numbing agents, there can be some discomfort.
  • Do I need a Perfecting Session ?
    Perfecting sessions are highly recommend. They provide an opportunity to make any necessary adjustments while lengthening the longevity of your tattoo. Touch ups need to be book between 6-12 weeks from the time of your first session. These sessions are not included in the initial price.
  • Who is not a candidate for PMU ?
    Under 18 years old Pregnant or nursing Diabetic High blood pressure, hemophilia, heart disease, epilepsy or any immune disease Cancer or undergoing chemotherapy Prone to keloids Eczema, Psoriasis, Dermatitis Botox in the past 4 weeks Fillers injections in the past 4 weeks Allergic to numbing medication Some conditions required medical clearance or pre-medication like history of fever blisters, eye diseases, insulin dependent diabetics, blood disorder, seizures.
  • How is the healing process like ?
    The skin healing process usually takes around 7-10 days. It varies from person to person depending upon age, health, lifestyle, etc. In the first 7 days your tattoo is going to scab and flake. It is very important to keep your tattoo clean and dry. The skin will continue to heal from under the surface, and pigment will continue to resurface through the healing layers even after your skin appears to be healed. The final result will be visible in roughly 4-6 weeks depending on individual results.
  • Should I book a consultation ?
    Yes, if you are unsure and have questions. All medical tattoos and scar revision procedures need a consultation.
  • How long is the appointment ?
    It takes about 3 hours depending of the procedure. The time may vary, as some clients may required extra time, or additional passes to get the desired color and shape.
  • Can I book an appointment if I have previous work ?
    Any work done by another artist must be disclosed before your booking and must be approved first. This can be done by either scheduling a personal consultation or submitting photos of the tattoo you would like to correct. Failure to do so before booking your appointment will result in your appointment being canceled and loss of non refundable booking fee.
  • How do I prepare for my appointment ?
    Do not drink caffeine or alcohol or any blood thinners vitamins like fish oil, vitamin E, ibuprofen, aspirin or niacin 48 hours before your appointment. Please do not come if you have sunburned skin or overly tan skin. Avoid waxing, tinting or retinol 2 weeks before appointment. No Botox, Fillers, chemical peels or laser skin resurfacing 4 weeks before appointment.
  • Are the results guaranteed ?
    Results are NOT guaranteed and will vary as every person heals differently. Multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve the desired result. This will be done at additional cost.
  • What is an FAQ section?
